Firemaster is an internal fire rated wall and ceiling panel, an ideal solution when building internal partitions and protected zones

Firemaster is an internal composite wall panel ideally suited for the construction of non-load bearing internal partition walls & ceilings. It provides a tested fire performance for internal firewalls, protected zones, ceilings and compartmentation walls.
  • Firemaster is available in standard 1200mm width with a range of surface profiles, flat, mini bead and micro rib
  • Fire rated spans of up to 7.5m allowing easy floor to ceiling installation
  • Above spans to LPS1208 (75mm-200mm thickness) & BS476 p22 (100mm-300mm thickness)
  • Certification to EN13501-2 is also available
  • A foodsafe laminate option is available that provides a smooth, anti-static internal surface ideal for a cleanroom environment
Lengths:  1.8 to 12.5m
Widths: 1200mm
Core Thicknesses: 75 to 300mm
Thermal Performance: U Value of 0.15 (W/m²K) can be achieved
Fire Performance: A tested fire performance of the complete wall construction gives reassurance of how the wall would protect in an actual fire.

Fire Performance

Firemaster panels offer a Euroclass A2-s1, d0 Reaction to Fire when tested and classified to BS EN13501-1 when specified with Colorcoat Prisma® by Tata Steel.
Firemaster can offer up to 4 hours fire resistance (to EN 13501-2) to both insulation and integrity but should be technically verified by Eurobond on a project basis, to the correct standards.

As a responsible UK manufacturer, Euroclad Group is justifiably proud of it's environmental record and recognises the importance of sustainable construction.

Our philosophy is one of continual improvement and we strive to manufacture the most environmentally responsible products available whether that is through Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), implementation of Environmental Management Systems or the demonstration of a truly sustainable approach.

Panel Options

Firemaster Wall

This system gives the optimum balance between fire performance, cost and weight and has been designed specifically as a practical, contractor-friendly solution offering speed of installation. Firemaster Wall is the product of choice when the demand is for a 2 hour fire resistance internal wall panel. Fully tested and independently certified durability, structural integrity and fire performance is at the heart of Firemaster Wall.
This panel system is ideal for a wide range of applications including cold store rooms and food processing plants.

Firemaster Wall Ultima
Firemaster Ultima provides the demanding solution for fire walls and compartmentation in high risk areas where up to 4 hours’ fire resistance is required. Business continuity and life safety are dramatically increased thanks to the integrity and insulation of this unique system making it ideal for use in high risk buildings such as Data Centres.

Firemaster Ceiling
Firemaster Ceiling is a class leading fire-rated ceiling panel suitable for both walk on (access and maintenance) and non-walk on use. It’s the ideal solution to compartmentalise a building when protection and and safety are a priority.

There are a number of coating options available for our Firemaster range of internal wall and ceiling panels and are dependent upon the end use and environment of the building.

Colorcoat® PE 25 is a smooth 25 micron polyester coated facing, suitable for applications requiring a straightforward finish.
The pre-finished steel is a product suitable for undemanding wall and ceiling applications particularly in non-aggressive environments such as data centres, offices, schools, hospitals, hotels and residential sectors.

  • Smooth 25µm RAL9010 polyester coating
  • Galvanised substrate with Zinc or MagiZinc® metallic coating offering very good corrosion resistance
  • High-performance reverse side backing coat specially formulated for use in construction applications
