Elite System 50 Built Up Wall Cladding

Elite 50

Euroclad Elite System 50 is the premium cladding system with an eye-catching vertical half-round steel profile fixed to the Quattro spacer system.

Euroclad Elite insulation is housed between the outer sheet and the 19-167-1000 liner sheet. Elite 50 is used on the most prestigious projects where cladding that looks extra special is required.
 
Elite System 51 Built Up Wall Cladding

Elite 51

Euroclad Elite System 51 is an adaptable, sustainable and economical solution to vertical cladding.

The system comprises of 32-167-1000 reverse profile sheeting fixed to the Quattro spacer system.

Mineral fibre insulation is housed between the outer sheet and the 19-167-1000 white liner profile. 
 
Elite System 52 Built Up Wall Cladding

Elite 52

Elite System 52 shares the same qualities of Elite System 51 substituting the 32-167-1000 reverse profile with the MW5 profile, with its broader, plank-like profile and optional swages.

The external sheeting is fixed to the Quattro spacer system, creating the insulation cavity between the outer sheet and the 19-167-1000 liner, which is filled with mineral wool.
Elite System 53 Built Up Wall Cladding

Elite 53

Elite System 53 comprises of a sinusoidal extended steel sheet (19-76-990) fixed to the Quattro spacer system. Mineral fibre insulation is housed between the outer sheet and the 19-167-1000 bright white liner profile.

The traditional sinusoidal (sometimes called corrugated) profile is increasingly popular for eye-catching modern metal constructions. 
Elite System 54 Built Up Wall Cladding

Elite 54

Elite System 54 comprises of Opus concealed fix, adjustable joint cladding fixed to Quattro support bars.

Mineral fibre insulation is housed between the outer planks and the 19-167-1000 bright white liner profile. 
Elite System 55 Built Up Wall Cladding

Elite 55

Elite System 55 comprises of 32-167-1000 reverse profile sheeting fixed to the Quattro spacer system. 

Euroclad Elite insulation is housed between the outer sheet and the 19-167-1000 white liner profile.
Elite System 56 Built Up Wall Cladding

Elite 56

Elite System 56 uses the same components as Elite 55 but substituting the 32-200-1000 reverse profile with the MW5 profile, with its broader, plank-like profile and optional swages. 

The external sheeting is fixed to the Quattro spacer system, creating the insulation cavity between the outer sheet and the 19-167-1000 liner, which is filled with insulation.

Elite 57

Elite 60

Euroclad Elite System 60 is the premium horizontal cladding system with an eye-catching half-round steel profile fixed to the Quattro spacer system.

Thermal Performance

‘U’ value calculations have been carried out in accordance with BR433 March 2006 and EN ISO 6946.

Calculated from systems modelled on 3 dimensional finite element analysis software fully compatible with BS EN ISO 10211-1/10211-2.

Assumptions used in calculation:

Elite systems 50 – 54: Quattro brackets at typical 1.167m centres, sheeting rails at 1.8m centres.

Elite Systems 55-60: Quattro bars at typical 1.167m centres, sheeting rails/Quattro brackets at 1.5m centres.

0.040 Lambda 90/90 insulation quilt filling the void between liner sheet and underside of external profile.

Due to increasing demands for bespoke acoustic design for buildings Euroclad have developed Elite Systems to accommodate a wide range of performances.  

The built-up nature of the products allows far greater flexibility in this field when compared with traditional methods. Elite Systems can be modified to meet requirements by the inclusion of various components. Common applications for acoustic constructions are education establishments, swimming pools, sports halls, cinemas, hotel or private accommodation.  

Part E of the Building Regulations and Building Bulletin 93 referenced therein have raised the stakes regarding acoustic performance of schools and other educational facilities. There has also been a general increase in the awareness of acoustic performances of buildings and ‘noise pollution’.  

Elite Systems have been geared to achieve maximum performance flexibility whilst maintaining integral performance and basic system componentry.

Euroclad Elite wall systems Fire Performance


Our initial wind load calculation service is for simple roof and wall designs.

This allows us to provide an initial assessment of Elite systems performance against a basic calculation of applicable wind load in accordance with European standard BS EN 1991-1-4 to tendering contractors to determine suitability.

Detailed project specific loadings should be calculated by a suitably qualified engineer.
