The Euroclad Group is built on a foundation with sustainability at the core of its products and operations, the company has been a keen advocate of environmental standards achieving ISO 14001 and BES 6001 and through the Planet Passionate programme we continue to push even further in achieving ambitious sustainability targets.

Our long-term goal is to send zero waste to landfill by 2030, as a result of a number of sustainability measures introduced this year, we are proud to announce that we have achieved this important milestone ahead of target.

Last year we recycled 86% of operational waste diverting this from landfill. This year we have recycled over 90% of all waste to date and during June zero waste was sent to landfill.

In a normal year this is no mean feat however this has been against a backdrop of huge demand and record-breaking manufacturing output in all units.

The zero waste to landfill goal has been achieved through careful consideration of our waste management policies and through collaboration and partnerships with our supply chain to ensure that 100% of our waste is repurposed and recycled.

We have partnered with Pritchard’s a local waste management company who sort and recycle our operational & office waste with the little that is left converted to energy at local Energy From Waste facilities.

As a company we are committed to our sustainability targets and will strive to continuously improve this and sustain this in all areas of the business.
