Main Purpose of Role:
To ensure elements of day to day OSR workload is carried out effectively and completed accurately, on time and to the customers complete satisfaction.
- Ensuring 100% accuracy of all OSR tool movements and maintain database accordingly
- Liaising with selected courier customer service department to ensure delivery of tools are delivered to customer on time in full
- Managing OSR inbox for incoming customer orders and coordinating the customer order in accordance to responsibility within the department, ensuring information is correct
- Order entry of ALL OSR type orders onto SAP (OSR/Structural Deck/ OSR Product Ancillaries)
- Communications (Phone/E-mail) made to customers at a high level of customer service
