Production Operators

Main Purpose of Role:

Manufacture Euroclad Group products to the expected high standard, based on customer specification.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure all orders are completed to Company standards as per specified Job Cards and Quality documents.
  • Ensure health and safety is followed at all times and correct PPE is worn for the nature of the job being undertaken
  • Ensure work areas are clean and safe and well maintained
  • Follow manual handling processes

Maintenance Technician

Main Purpose of Role:

The primary objectives of the role would be to support and maintain operations across all sites on breakdowns and preventive plant maintenance. All aspects of engineering could be required, and employees should be able to adapt to new technologies and concepts. Employees should be willing to undertake any necessary duties which would fall within the maintenance department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the engineering team by carrying out systematic tasks and continuous improvements to plant and machinery to improve existing manufacturing processes
  • Use initiative to identify areas that will improve the production performance, line utilisation and focus on reducing scrap levels
  • Provide maintenance support regarding projects
  • Perform housekeeping duties in the engineering environment during any slack time
  • Will work in line with the Health and Safety requirements at all times
  • Carry out testing on fire alarm systems on a weekly basis

Skills & Attributes 

  • Must have a good understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering concepts to be able to perform all reasonable job requests to the highest level
  • Have a good understand of fault finding and diagnostic techniques and fully understand engineering circuit schematics

Dispatch Operator

Main Purpose of Role:

To ensure all orders of Euroclad Group Product are loaded and dispatched correctly, OTIF and the corresponding paperwork is checked and completed accurately.

Main Responsibilities

  • Load product in a prompt manner, communicating relevant information to the Dispatch Team leader.
  • Liaise with Dispatch Team Leader to organise workload and priorities
  • Liaise with Production Team Leaders to resolve any issues that may arise in relation to unsatisfactory product
  • Load vehicles as required, ensuring “zero” loading / delivery damage
  • Preparation of all finished goods in conjunction with the companies packaging procedures. Ensuring stock levels are above minimum quantities
  • Communicate with haulers in relation to deliveries
  • Ensure load photos are taken of all products leaving site
  • Ensure smooth running of deliveries, collection, customer returns, customer collections, adhering to all relevant procedures flagging issues to the Dispatch Team leader
  • Make recommendations to improve on performance / procedures
  • Yard management is key. Allocating finished goods in their correct location and updating the system accurately in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the yard is always clear of debris
  • Any other reasonable tasks assigned by your manager or TL

Skills & Attributes

Data Sector Business Development Manager APAC

Main Purpose of Role:

To provide technical and commercial focused support for Euroclad Eurobond products to customers and stakeholders for maximum business benefit through increased sales performance to the Data Centre sector.

​Main Responsibilities 

  • Testing and acquiring relevant worldwide certification for Eurobond composite panels
  • High levels of end-client/customer dialogue through meetings, video conferences, email and verbal  communication
  • Project Proposals for Data Centre
  • Presentations/Meetings with architects, contractors and the design team, either face to face or via video conferencing facilities
  • Creation of new literature in conjunction with the marketing team
  • To support the sale of products to the data centre market through the dissemination of technical information
  • To provide robust technical solutions to design related problems relative to the product range
  • To conduct in depth calculation and qualification of the suitability of products for use
  • To correctly specify products by application
  • Identify performance requirements for the Data Centre Sector on a global level, testing approvals and requirements for market entry for each region in conjunction with Data Centre Sector Manager
  • Internal and External product support/enquiry handling for the sale of Eurobond products for the Data Centre Sector
  • Lead generation to be effectively communicated to the Data Centre Sector team

Stores Operator

Main Purpose of Role:

To ensure the correct receipt, storage and despatch of materials and components, to continually achieve stock accuracy, OTIF delivery of goods with correct documentation and SAP accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with Procurement to ensure appropriate stock control and SAP maintenance.
• Liaise with relevant departments regarding material stock levels and requirements.
• Ensure correct data in SAP at all times.
• Conduct picking activities to ensure 100% accuracy and OTIF is achieved.
• Ensure an understanding of any risk assessments and safe working practices related to the stores area of work.
• Ensure timely and accurate transfer of goods to Unit A.
• Undertake regular, timely stock checks as and when required, and resolve any issues that maybe highlighted.
• Maintain up-to-date stock data at all times.
• Ensure all incoming goods are clearly identified in line with documentation and are booked in accurately on SAP.
• Ensure appropriate documentation for goods received is correctly signed and passed to relevant department.
• Ensure all movements of goods are correctly logged on SAP and appropriate documentation is in place.
• Ensure OTIF picking of goods and that all picked products are photographed prior to loading.
• Ensure safe loading of all goods being despatched and confirm that packaging is adequate to ensure minimal risk to product during transit.
• Ensure best-possible house-keeping standards are maintained in all areas, with all roads and gangways kept clean and free of debris at all times.
• Provide system data on inventory control, goods receipt and any critical material shortages.
• Provide support for issue resolution via collaboration with procurement and accounts.
• To carry out all activities safely, complying with all housekeeping and environmental requirements.
• When required, train other team members in required tasks and system operations.
• Report any issues with fork-lifts or other facilities that disrupt the team’s performance.
• Respond to email queries in an appropriate and timely manner.

Manufacturing Team Leader

Main Purpose of Role:

To ensure that all orders are manufactured OTIF to the expected high standards, whilst also adhering to all Health and Safety policies.

  • Ensure that all manufacturing quality is of the expected high standard, and the RDD’s are met, and all quality paperwork is adhered to.

  • Continuously drive the team to maximise output

  • Instil cultural change to embrace ongoing improvements and efficiencies

  • Minimise labour costs when possible whilst achieving manufacturing needs

  • Organise correct utilisation of manning within the business as a whole

  • Ensure operator training is carried when needed and sign off completed on time

  • Continuously look to reduce scrap levels

  • Generate and implement initiatives that drive improvements

  • Ensure housekeeping is maintained and work areas are clean and free of debris

  • Ensure that the RAMS are explained and signed off by respective persons as required

  • Complete all data reports and KPI’s to drive efficiencies

  • Conduct consumable stocks checks and make sure they are maintained

  • Manage employees in relation to HR related activities i.e. holidays / absence / lateness

  • Conduct investigations and disciplinaries as and when required

National Business Development Manager (Framework Partnerships)

Main Purpose of Role:

Maintain and develop close working relationships with Euroclad Group framework partnerships on a national basis, as agreed with the UK Business Development Manager.  
Ensure sales and profitability set out within budget is achieved by the development of profitable project wins against the specification of Euroclad products/systems by the client, developer, influencer, main and sub-contractor.

Main Responsibilities

  • Gain opportunities via the main contractor framework partners to influence the client specification and contracts, managing and implementing the process
  • Work with the support of the Business Development team in developing market opportunities, identifying trends, and researching industry related events and publications
  • Ensure exposure to Procurement Managers of the framework partners with involvement in specific networking on a monthly basis
  • Monitor progress on relationships with existing main contractor partners, recording all information against KPI’s in Euroclad Group’s CRM system
  • Gain market intelligence for forthcoming potential pipeline opportunities against KPI’s
  • Visit main contractor framework partners with ASM’s/Euroclad Group Sales Director to raise awareness and profile of the business and develop future relationship opportunities
  • Support the UK Business Development Manager and Sales Director in specific agreed targeted markets and development activities
  • Bid for key projects and contacts
  • Target and develop close relationships with major local Welsh projects
  • Provide weekly reports on activity and success against KPI targets
  • Prepare and share monthly partnership spend reports with the UK Business Development Manager and the Finance department

Skills & Attributes

Vieo Systems Business Development Manager

Main Purpose of Role:

Maintain and develop close working relationships with Vieo core and new business objectives as agreed with the UK Business Development Manager. Ensure Euroclad Group Vieo sales and profitability set out within the Euroclad Group budget, is achieved through the development of profitable project wins.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Maximise activities across all Euroclad Group product with a key focus on Vieo sales
  • Gain opportunities via targeted activity, focused on core and new business sector targets as set within the Vieo growth plan
  • Support existing agreed targeted Vieo markets and new business sector activities as set out in the Vieo growth plan
  • Influence the client specification against projects and contracts, managing and implementing the conversion process
  • Work with the support of the Business Development team in developing market opportunities and identifying trends by researching industry related events and publications
  • Preparation of Vieo report on Sales performance, pipeline, and project activity to be issued to the UK Business Development Manager on a monthly basis
  • Ensure high level exposure to the specification sector, ensuring continued involvement of specific networking events
  • Visit key partners such as Architects, Main Contractors, and specialist Sub Contractors which will incorporate the Group ASM’s to raise awareness for Vieo roof and wall systems
  • Monitor progress against core and new business targets, identifying new and existing influencers within key targeted sectors, record all information within Euroclad group CRM system
  • Ensure a close working relationship with the Business Development Hub team to ensure accurate progress of Vieo project successes and opportunities
  • Gain market intelligence for forthcoming potential pipeline opportunities against KPI targets
  • Provide monthly sector reports against KPI measures to the UK Business Development Manager
  • Close collaboration with key targeted Kingspan Group companies (as agreed with the UK Sales director and UK Business Development Manager)

Site Services Engineer Team Leader

Main Purpose of Role:

To provide leadership and continuous improvement to the Site Services team. This is to be achieved by the forging of links to Technical Advisors, and offering assistance to customers, and Sales and Customer Services teams. Other aspects include leading the organisation and resource planning for Site Services visits, building and maintaining a close relationship with the Operations department; devising and implementing an ongoing training programme for the Site Services team; assisting with organisation of product testing programs; and driving innovation in the way in which Site Services are delivered.
 

Main Responsibilities 

The Site Services Engineer Team Leader shall maintain a close working relationship with the wider Technical Department through personal, phone and email communication. They shall innovatively lead activities including, but not limited to:
  • Supporting the future sale of products through the provision of robust Site Service support and developing standard solutions to design or product-related issues
  • Devising a strategy for, and conducting in-depth Site Service Visits
  • Correctly specifying remedial works and providing recommendations where necessary
  • Cross-training of Site Services teams members formerly specialized in either Euroclad and Eurobond products, to a level of excellence across both
They shall guide the output of Site Services in ways including, but not limited to:
  • Supervision, resource planning and development of individual team members
  • Conception and organisation of ongoing outreach programmes between Operations and Technical departments alongside the Technical Advisor Team Leader
  • Development ideas for service and product improvements, based on customer feedback
  • Creation and implementation of Site Services control procedures, systems, documents and methods
They shall assist the Technical Manager, Technical Advisor Team Leader and Test Engineer in:
  • Developing the organisation and performance of the testing programme
  • Assignment of departmental workload to maximise efficiency and cross-training
They shall, as part of the role, continue to perform the duties assigned to the Site Services Engineer.

Flashings Sales Co-Ordinator

Main Purpose of Role:

Proactively develop key relationships with existing and new customers ensuring regular contact and seeking new business opportunities.
To accurately interpret customer requirements within EAL’s technical competence and manufacturing capacities, produce clear and well-defined quotations to customer’s enquiries.

​Main Responsibilities 

  • Liaise with various departments to aid order process and overall customer experience.
  • Development of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts
  • Provide detailed costings of materials and labour cost to ensure budget margins are exceeded – Maximise margins wherever possible
  • Liaise with Euroclad Group Sales teams regarding bulk orders and potential business leads

Transport Planner

Main Purpose of Role:

To ensure all transport movements are organised and planned in a cost-effective manner, reaching their destinations safely, securely and on time.

​Main Responsibilities 

  • Organise the distribution of goods, ensuring the correct products are delivered to the correct location on time and at a suitable cost                                    
  • Ensure H&S procedures are always followed
  • Review haulage benchmarking to ensure costings are realistic Monitor all transport costings and product associate KPI's      
  • Ensure all shipments are costed on a weekly basis and distributed correctly to all hauliers                                                                                                              
  • Ensure all product is planned and any planning issues are advised to the wider team 
  • Ensure all vehicles are planned according to the best possible price and haulage option                                                                                                                   
  • Complete customer confirmations when planning, ensuring the delivery requirement is correct                                           
  • Building relationships and improving customer service    
  • Providing holiday cover to the wider planning team covering both EuroClad and EuroBond planning respectively           
  • Ensure all export product is correctly planned and paperwork is provided quickly                                                                                 
  • Ensure all paperwork is correct for loading teams                    
  • Confirmation of all deliveries whilst planning and ensuring follow ups are actioned

Senior Accountant

Main Purpose of Role:

The role requires a thorough understanding of our cost make-up, Bills of material, manufacturing variances & Purchase price variance with responsibility for monthly stock analysis and reporting.

​Main Responsibilities 

  • A thorough understanding of stock valuation and provisions to include calculations, analysis, review, reconciliation and reporting
  • Confidence and ability to attend stock counts both on and off-site, and chair monthly meetings to ensure correct stock valuation and adherence to company policies
  • Good understanding of Bills of material/routings/manufacturing variances/PPV
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and confidently with Senior members of the business whilst challenging the status quo.
  • Knowledge and experience of VAT/Export rules and completing quarterly VAT returns

  • Key player within the finance month-end process and group reporting
  • Full involvement in both internal and external audits

Technical Compliance Co-Ordinator

Main Purpose of Role:

To lead data collation from the Technical Department and all associated documentation and certification, ensuring accurate implementation and management of the product compliance register.

To audit the advice provided to customers against Technical literature, regulations and certification from all external facing lines of communication including technical services, marketing, commercial and external sales teams. To provide and alongside the Technical Manager, present all required data at a group compliance level.

​Main Responsibilities
 

The Technical Compliance Data Analyst shall maintain a close working relationship with the wider Technical Department through personal, phone and email communication. They shall innovatively lead the data collection of, and the development of reporting tools to achieve results in activities including, but not limited to:

  • Devising a system and structure for the collection, management and communication of data for the Product Compliance Register for all Euroclad Group Ltd. products
  • Maintaining fire, thermal, structural, acoustic and miscellaneous test data for all products and developing and managing risk analysis tools to ensure product compliance at all times
  • Preparing data in readiness for Product Information Management integration and roll out
  • Integration of marketing information manual requirements into the Product Compliance Register and proposed Change Request and Product Information Management systems
Assist the Technical Manager in:
  • Developing the organisation and performance of the testing programme to maintain compliance

Skills & Attributes 

  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Power BI and associated programmes
