Production Operators

Main Purpose of Role:

Manufacture Euroclad Group products to the expected high standard, based on customer specification.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure all orders are completed to Company standards as per specified Job Cards and Quality documents.
  • Ensure health and safety is followed at all times and correct PPE is worn for the nature of the job being undertaken
  • Ensure work areas are clean and safe and well maintained
  • Follow manual handling processes

Skills & Attributes 

  • Ability to identify and find a solution to a problem
  • Manufacturing experience, preferably within a construction company

Maintenance Technician

Main Purpose of Role:

The primary objectives of the role would be to support and maintain operations across all sites on breakdowns and preventive plant maintenance. All aspects of engineering could be required, and employees should be able to adapt to new technologies and concepts. Employees should be willing to undertake any necessary duties which would fall within the maintenance department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the engineering team by carrying out systematic tasks and continuous improvements to plant and machinery to improve existing manufacturing processes
  • Use initiative to identify areas that will improve the production performance, line utilisation and focus on reducing scrap levels
  • Provide maintenance support regarding projects
  • Perform housekeeping duties in the engineering environment during any slack time
  • Will work in line with the Health and Safety requirements at all times
  • Carry out testing on fire alarm systems on a weekly basis

Skills & Attributes 

  • Must have a good understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering concepts to be able to perform all reasonable job requests to the highest level
  • Have a good understand of fault finding and diagnostic techniques and fully understand engineering circuit schematics
  • Knowledge of welding and fabrication
  • Willingness to be flexible regarding working hours
  • Positive proactive approach to working, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard, first time

Dispatch Operator

Main Purpose of Role:

To ensure all orders of Euroclad Group Product are loaded and dispatched correctly, OTIF and the corresponding paperwork is checked and completed accurately.

Main Responsibilities

  • Load product in a prompt manner, communicating relevant information to the Dispatch Team leader.
  • Liaise with Dispatch Team Leader to organise workload and priorities
  • Liaise with Production Team Leaders to resolve any issues that may arise in relation to unsatisfactory product
  • Load vehicles as required, ensuring “zero” loading / delivery damage
  • Preparation of all finished goods in conjunction with the companies packaging procedures. Ensuring stock levels are above minimum quantities
  • Communicate with haulers in relation to deliveries
  • Ensure load photos are taken of all products leaving site
  • Ensure smooth running of deliveries, collection, customer returns, customer collections, adhering to all relevant procedures flagging issues to the Dispatch Team leader
  • Make recommendations to improve on performance / procedures
  • Yard management is key. Allocating finished goods in their correct location and updating the system accurately in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the yard is always clear of debris
  • Any other reasonable tasks assigned by your manager or TL

Skills & Attributes

Data Sector Business Development Manager APAC

Main Purpose of Role:

To provide technical and commercial focused support for Euroclad Eurobond products to customers and stakeholders for maximum business benefit through increased sales performance to the Data Centre sector.

​Main Responsibilities 

  • Testing and acquiring relevant worldwide certification for Eurobond composite panels
  • High levels of end-client/customer dialogue through meetings, video conferences, email and verbal  communication
  • Project Proposals for Data Centre
  • Presentations/Meetings with architects, contractors and the design team, either face to face or via video conferencing facilities
  • Creation of new literature in conjunction with the marketing team
  • To support the sale of products to the data centre market through the dissemination of technical information
  • To provide robust technical solutions to design related problems relative to the product range
  • To conduct in depth calculation and qualification of the suitability of products for use
  • To correctly specify products by application
  • Identify performance requirements for the Data Centre Sector on a global level, testing approvals and requirements for market entry for each region in conjunction with Data Centre Sector Manager
  • Internal and External product support/enquiry handling for the sale of Eurobond products for the Data Centre Sector
  • Lead generation to be effectively communicated to the Data Centre Sector team
  • Assist with site support engineers to provide training on site and or classroom sessions for new Data Centre clients 
  • Development of production drawings and bespoke/standard details for the Eurobond static and developing product range
  • Develop bespoke project details where appropriate
  • Carrying out simple structural calculations (internal software; training provided
  • Conducting technical training sessions/presentations on Eurobond products/practices

Skills & Attributes 

  • Construction knowledge, ideally in the façade/partition industry
  • Software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Office
  • Knowledge of European/global standards for construction products
  • Excellent communication skills for high-end clients
  • Customer facing  experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintaining high quality customer service – working in fast paced environment
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines

Business Development Manager Battery Plant Sector

Main Purpose of Role:

  • To establish and maintain product of choice/specification across UK and Europe in the battery plant and power sector for the selected target products as defined in the Business Plan
  •  To deliver targeted growth in the defined sector
  •  Alignment with the European Team with a targeted approach to key stakeholders in the sector
  •  Target agreed Battery Plant clients/end user developers
  •  Target agreed Battery Plant preferred Main Contractors
  •  Create a project pipeline of opportunities within the sector defined by geographic region
  •  Establish and maintain effective routes to market for the sector and regions

​Main Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for the battery plant and power sector for the defined region
  •  Work closely with the Data Centre team to ensure project tracking and alignment
  •  Record all project opportunities and key stakeholder contacts on the agreed CRM system, identify any improvements required to the CRM system to ensure accurate analysis and reporting of activity within the sector
  •  Report monthly on sector activity and pipeline
  •  Establish Technical Requirements for each Geographic region/country Building Regulation requirements and work with Technical Lead to establish compliance routes

Quotations Administrator

Main Purpose of Role:

To respond to customer enquiries accurately, professionally and in a timely manner. Responsible for correctly interpreting customer quotation requests and compiling quotations accordingly to the project requirements. Responsible for processing orders through to the order entry department ensuring all order information is supplied and correct.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Responding to all customer enquiries via telephone and email, to provide information on projects, quotations, product offers, advice on specifications and lead times.
  • To compile all quotations, interpreting the customers request and in line with the specification if relevant
  • Provide product guidance to customers and/or any stakeholders in the specification chain to promote the appropriate use and application of products
  • Ensure all information is supplied at order stage, a contract review form is complete to ensure orders are processed as per customer and specification requirements
  • Ensure correct use and application of the pricing guidelines for all products at quotation stage
  • Ensure that all lead times are adhere to at order and quotation stage
  • Liaise with procurement and / or planning regarding lead times
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner and send to the aftercare team when appropriate
  • Provide effective support to the external sales team
  • Pass appropriate technical enquiries to technical services team

Environmental and Sustainability Advisor

Main Purpose of Role:

  • Manage in its entirety the Planet Passionate program for Euroclad Group
  • Manage environmental product declarations for Euroclad Group
  • Direct initiatives in line with the overall Kingspan Group Planet Passionate commitments
  • Coordinate & advise on environmental operations to provide technical support & to ensure regulatory compliance along with marketing initiatives
  • Carry out weekly site tours for environment compliance
  • Carry out environmental compliance audits and update the legal register
  • Carry out environmental awareness training for relevant employees
  • Carry out environmental incident investigations
  • Investigate environmental concerns such as increases in energy usage, energy efficient lighting and electric car usage
  • Assess potential environmental risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Maintain the environmental aspects register
  • Maintain environmental permits/exemptions
  • Identify areas of improvements to reduce environmental damages and waste
  • Stay updated with new developments in environmental policies and regulations
  • Maintain complete and clear documentations for environmental operations for reference purposes

Stores Operator

Main Purpose of Role:

To ensure the correct receipt, storage and despatch of materials and components, to continually achieve stock accuracy, OTIF delivery of goods with correct documentation and SAP accuracy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with Procurement to ensure appropriate stock control and SAP maintenance.
  • Liaise with relevant departments regarding material stock levels and requirements.
  • Ensure correct data in SAP at all times.
  • Conduct picking activities to ensure 100% accuracy and OTIF is achieved.
  • Ensure an understanding of any risk assessments and safe working practices related to the stores area of work.
  • Ensure timely and accurate transfer of goods to Unit A.
  • Undertake regular, timely stock checks as and when required, and resolve any issues that maybe highlighted.
  • Maintain up-to-date stock data at all times.
  • Ensure all incoming goods are clearly identified in line with documentation and are booked in accurately on SAP.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation for goods received is correctly signed and passed to relevant department.
  • Ensure all movements of goods are correctly logged on SAP and appropriate documentation is in place.
  • Ensure OTIF picking of goods and that all picked products are photographed prior to loading.
  • Ensure safe loading of all goods being despatched and confirm that packaging is adequate to ensure minimal risk to product during transit.
  • Ensure best-possible house-keeping standards are maintained in all areas, with all roads and gangways kept clean and free of debris at all times.
  • Provide system data on inventory control, goods receipt and any critical material shortages.
  • Provide support for issue resolution via collaboration with procurement and accounts.
  • To carry out all activities safely, complying with all housekeeping and environmental requirements.
  • When required, train other team members in required tasks and system operations.
  • Report any issues with fork-lifts or other facilities that disrupt the team’s performance.
  • Respond to email queries in an appropriate and timely manner.

  • Proven work experience in an inventory-based environment.
  • Good organisational skills.
